About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level Proposal Associate to join our dynamic proposals team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in proposal development and business operations. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage data entry tasks, assist with Salesforce updates, maintain the team inbox, and contribute to the overall proposal process.

This position is responsible for the overall adherence to the Company’s proposal process.

What You'll Do

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the proposals team.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and proposal documentation.
  • Enter and update data accurately in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Assist with tracking proposal statuses, client information, and opportunity details.
  • Monitor and manage the team’s shared inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of inquiries and new RFP packages.
  • Flag urgent messages and coordinate follow-ups with appropriate team members.
  • Support proposal development efforts by assisting with formatting, proofreading, and assembling proposal documents.
  • Help maintain proposal templates and standard content libraries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely submission of proposals.

What You'll Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
