About this Role

We are seeking a driven Civil Engineer to play a key role on large-scale EPC projects in the power sector, including gas turbines, renewables, battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and transmission systems. You will lead the planning, design, and execution of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and seamlessly integrated with other engineering disciplines.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and supervision of civil infrastructure projects, from roads and drainage to erosion control and site grading.

  • Review proposals, plats, drainage reports, and traffic studies to ensure compliance and constructability.

  • Provide technical expertise for permitting and floodplain management.

  • Support procurement with clear scopes, drawings, and specifications.

  • Participate in fieldwork and construction oversight, ensuring projects stay on track.

  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines to deliver world-class solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (PE license preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, ideally in EPC environments.

  • Expertise in civil codes, infrastructure design, and permitting processes.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.

  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
