We specialize in utility-scale construction, driven by a commitment to safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
QISG is seeking both Junior and Senior Billing & Invoice Reconciliation Specialists to join our Project Controls team. These roles are key to ensuring billing accuracy, financial compliance, and contract alignment across complex power generation and infrastructure projects. You’ll manage AIA billing, retainage, lien waivers, and invoice reconciliation to keep projects financially on track and clients properly invoiced.
Prepare, review, and manage client billing for multiple large-scale EPC projects.
Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contract terms, change orders, and project milestones.
Manage retainage, lien waivers, and related documentation.
Review vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies against purchase orders or budgets.
Track project billing progress and reconcile invoices to budgets and forecasts.
Maintain visibility into project billing status and provide updates to project teams.
Collaborate with Project Controls, Procurement, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and support audits.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
2-10+ years of billing and invoicing experience in industrial, utility, or power generation projects.
Strong understanding of AIA billing, retainage, lien waivers, and change order management.
Experience with construction contract terms and PO change management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards) preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
EPC project experience highly preferred.
