This role partners with Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams to develop and maintain resource-loaded P6 schedules across EPC, Design-Build, and CMAR delivery models. Responsibilities span planning through construction and commissioning, with a strong focus on critical path analysis, risk mitigation, and schedule performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain LSM and CPM schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects.

  • Build and update resource- and cost-loaded Primavera P6 schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies.

  • Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

  • Link WBS to FBS for accurate forecasting, cash flow, and financial alignment.

  • Produce earned value metrics, schedule KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executive reporting.

  • Conduct critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, productivity tracking, and time-impact assessments.

  • Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations.

  • Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development.

  • Experience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment schedules for utility projects.

  • Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams on utility projects.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
