What You'll Do

 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Program Management, PMO leadership, and Process Improvement who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at turning vision into executable plans.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Program Leadership: Drive large-scale, complex operational programs from strategy through execution across multiple business units.
  • PMO Alignment: Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align program goals, reporting structures, and delivery timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to optimize operational workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders (Ops, Finance, HR, IT, Product, etc.) to align on goals, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure program success.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs, and dashboards to measure program impact and progress.

What You'll Bring

Required Education and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or related fields.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in or with a Project Management Office (PMO), including governance and portfolio oversight.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Adept at managing competing priorities, ambiguity, and organizational change.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, MS Project).

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in [industry-specific detail, e.g., tech, healthcare, manufacturing].
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
