About this Role

The Project Services Support Specialist (PSSS) is a critical cross-functional role that supports the successful planning, execution, tracking, and technology enablement of EPC projects. This position serves as a bridge between project management, construction teams, project controls, and systems administration—supporting project teams through Procore configuration, data tracking, and reporting best practices. The ideal candidate brings a blend of systems expertise, field support capabilities, data management, and a foundational understanding of EPC project lifecycle and controls.

What You'll Do

Project Enablement & Controls Support

  • Assist project teams with implementation of Project Execution Plans and Project Management procedures.
  • Support PM in tools for collecting, validating, and reporting progress, manpower, and productivity data in alignment with schedule and earned value standards.
  • Generate project performance dashboards using EcoSys, Power BI, and other tools; highlight trends and forecasts for leadership review.
  • Facilitate “What-if” and variance analyses using structured data inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific project reporting protocols.

Procore Configuration & User Enablement

  • Configure Procore based on contractual and project-specific needs in coordination with IT and field operations.
  • Administer user access, permissions, project templates, and workflows in Procore.
  • Maintain Procore-integrated reporting for schedules, change orders, RFIs, and progress tracking.
  • Train field teams, subcontractors, and clients on Procore tools and reporting functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
  • Field & Stakeholder Support
  • Serve as a liaison between project field staff, project controls, and systems admin functions to align priorities and communication.
  • Travel to project sites for implementation support, training, and follow-up audits.
  • Facilitate collaborative planning and progress reviews with stakeholders (PMs, CMs, Subcontractors, Clients).

Process Development & Governance

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of internal standards, work methods, and documentation practices.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the Project Services and IT Applications team.
  • Participate in the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies into Procore and PM systems.

Uphold QISG governance standards and compliance frameworks.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Systems, or related field OR equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in project controls, construction technology administration, or field project support roles within an EPC environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Procore, Primavera P6, EcoSys, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the EPC lifecycle, project controls principles, and construction management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Procore Admin and Project Manager Certifications.
  • Experience with schedule-performance integration and earned value management techniques.
  • Familiarity with productivity tracking tools.
  • Experience in Transmission, Substations, Distribution, or Heavy Infrastructure EPC projects.

  • Proven analytical ability with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-service orientation with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to build relationships across field, office, and executive leadership levels.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Travel Requirement: Up to 30%
