About this Role

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our team supporting our client, Xcel Energy, in Lakewood, CO. In this role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by organizing information, supporting reporting processes, and assisting internal teams. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, review, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before publishing or sharing
  • Screen and route incoming tickets or requests
  • Perform occasional outbound calls to gather or confirm information
  • Support Service Center Representatives with administrative tasks
  • Help develop and improve processes, workflows, and documentation
  • Identify errors or inconsistencies and resolve them proactively

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfort working with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of utilities, construction, or engineering environments is a plus (not required)

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $21.00/Hr. - USD $25.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
