Position Overview
The Supervising Document Systems Specialist provides enterprise-level oversight of document systems governance across engineering and construction operations, including large-scale, complex, client-facing infrastructure projects.
This role ensures standardization, regulatory compliance, lifecycle integrity, and cross-platform consistency within Procore, Autodesk Vault, and SharePoint environments, while maintaining alignment with contractual client document requirements, EPC standards, and regulatory obligations.
This position supports expanding infrastructure programs, multi-project coordination, external stakeholder engagement, and the leadership of document control personnel across high-visibility client projects.
The Supervising Document Systems Specialist serves as the functional authority for document governance across power generation and utility infrastructure projects, including complex EPC and client-directed environments.
