About this Role

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Construction Compliance Coordinator to support our Internal Operations team by managing licensing, bonding, insurance, and contract compliance activities across EPC projects. This role plays a key part in helping ensure projects remain compliant, organized, and supported throughout the project lifecycle. 

What You'll Do

  • Support administration of prime contract documentation, including licensing, bonding, insurance, and compliance requirements  
  • Coordinate and maintain corporate general contractor/general engineering licenses, registrations, and related compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions  
  • Assist project teams with obtaining and maintaining required state, county, and local business licenses and permits  
  • Request, track, and maintain certificates of insurance, bonds, and related documentation for projects, subcontractors, and vendors  
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Project Managers to anticipate and support project compliance needs  
  • Monitor deadlines, renewals, and expirations to ensure timely compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements  
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for licensing, insurance, bonding, and compliance documentation  
  • Support project closeout activities, including lien releases, warranties, substantial/final completion documentation, bond closeout, and file archiving  
  • Assist in identifying and communicating compliance or risk-related concerns to appropriate stakeholders  
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures while supporting continuous improvement efforts 

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience 
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, licensing, insurance, bonding, or risk-related functions within construction, EPC, or service industries  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously  
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with documentation and regulatory requirements  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners  
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and support resolution efforts proactively  
  • Customer-service-oriented approach with a professional and collaborative attitude 
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment  
  • Working knowledge of compliance, licensing, insurance, bonding, or risk management processes preferred  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
