Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company (NYSE: PWR) is looking for a Pre-Construction Services Manager is a commercially focused, hands-on role embedded within QISG's operational organization, responsible for driving the commercial maturation of a project from award through full execution. Working alongside QISG's fully staffed PMO, which handles schedule development, contract deliverable tracking, RFI management, subcontractor coordination, and field execution, this role does not duplicate those functions. Instead, it receives and interprets PMO outputs (design progress, procurement status, schedule updates, change events, and cost data) to build and maintain the progressive EPC estimate and own the open-to-closed book process on behalf of the project.
This role serves as the commercial engine that converts project information into updated scope positions, refined estimates, and ultimately a closed book GMP or lump sum that both QISG and the owner can stand behind, acting as the primary interface between what the PMO knows and what the contract needs to reflect. Depending on scope and complexity, this individual may be assigned to a single client relationship, a specific project, or a portfolio of concurrent efforts at varying stages of commercial development.
