Flare Construction is hiring an HSE Manager to lead the day-to-day health, safety, and environmental program across our Civil and Gas division field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced safety professional who is equally comfortable behind a desk building policy and in the field reinforcing culture.
You will manage a team of field safety professionals, oversee regulatory compliance across DOT, OSHA, and PHMSA programs, and work directly with division leadership to keep our crews safe and our operations running right.
