About this Role

Scheduling Manager 

Location: Spring, TX 

Up to 30% domestic travel 

 

QISG is seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to lead integrated scheduling efforts across complex, multi-project EPC construction programs. This role is responsible for building and maintaining consolidated project schedules that drive execution, alignment, and performance across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead development of integrated master schedules across multiple interdependent EPC projects
  • Build and maintain CPM and LSM schedules, including cost- and resource-loaded plans
  • Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting
  • Align WBS and financial structures across pursuits and active projects
  • Monitor project progress, identify schedule conflicts, and drive resolution with project teams
  • Perform schedule analysis, critical path review, and time impact analysis (TIA)
  • Support change management, risk identification, and mitigation planning
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, estimating, construction, and leadership teams to baseline and update schedules
  • Support proposal, bid, and pursuit scheduling efforts as needed
  • Drive short-interval scheduling practices and improve schedule discipline across projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal scheduling standards, controls, and reporting requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Strong background in EPC construction scheduling (required)
  • Expert-level experience with Primavera P6 (required)
  • Deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule integration
  • Experience developing CPM and LSM schedules on large-scale projects
  • Strong analytical skills with schedule risk, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational discipline, documentation, and workflow management skills
  • Utilities or power generation experience is a plus
