About this Role

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Subcontracts Specialist III to be responsible for managing the full subcontract lifecycle for EPC and power infrastructure projects, including subcontract solicitation, bid evaluation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout. This role partners with project management, procurement, legal, and operations teams to ensure subcontract agreements align with project requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations. Quanta Power Solutions delivers integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services across the energy and power sector.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and issue RFPs/RFQs and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, scope, and contract conditions with subcontractors.
  • Prepare, execute, and administer subcontract agreements and amendments.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, compliance, insurance, and documentation requirements.
  • Manage subcontract changes, claims, and dispute resolution activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support schedule, cost, and risk management objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7-10 years of subcontracting, procurement, supply chain, or construction contract administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, subcontract administration, and EPC/project delivery environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with contract management and procurement systems.
  • Ability to travel periodically for site visits, field verification, and project activities.
