Senior Scheduler/Planner – Distribution & Substation

Location: 110 W 7th Tulsa, Oklahoma 74063
Travel Requirement: Up to 25% (domestic)

Help deliver the utility infrastructure that keeps communities powered. Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner with hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and resource-loaded construction schedules to support electric distribution, substation, and utility infrastructure projects.

In this role, you’ll develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules from planning through construction and completion, integrating engineering, procurement, field operations, and construction activities into executable project plans. You’ll monitor progress against baselines, forecast schedule impacts, evaluate resource constraints, and develop mitigation and recovery strategies to protect key milestones. Working closely with Project Managers and field leadership, you’ll provide the schedule analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting needed to anticipate risks, resolve delays, and drive successful project delivery.

• Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects
• Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking
• Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives
• Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards
