Position Summary: This role supports project controls and scheduling operations across active transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable energy construction projects throughout the Western United States. Working under the direction of the Project Controls Manager and/or an assigned Senior Scheduler, and in coordination with project managers and field leadership, the Junior Scheduler assists in building, maintaining, and analyzing CPM schedules that reflect real field conditions and contractual obligations. The work is detail-intensive, deadline-driven, and directly tied to project performance — candidates should expect to be challenged and developed quickly.

Work Environment
This is a primarily office-based role at Summit Line Construction's headquarters in Heber City, Utah, with hybrid flexibility available based on project demands and team needs. However, candidates should enter this role understanding that field visits and extended project site assignments are a genuine part of the job — not an exception to it. Travel requirements can reach up to 100% during active project phases. Project sites are located across the Western U.S. and may include remote transmission corridors, active substation yards, and renewable energy construction facilities. The ability to move between the office environment and active construction sites — and to function effectively in both — is essential to success in this role.
